I'm a certified Menopause Health Practitioner and Coach, founder of Jane Mackay Coaching and an affiliate member of The British Menopause Society.
I'm passionate about helping women transform their health and wellbeing in perimenopause and menopause by increasing awareness of the treatments available and the lifestyle changes that can make such a difference to women's health and quality of life.
