You'll be able to pick a date and time straight from my calendar so that it's convenient for you. The booking page gives you a questionnaire to fill in so that I can get the full picture of your health history, current symptoms and what you most need help with.
On our video call, we'll have a whole hour to explore effective solutions to your perimenopause and menopause challenges. It's a safe space for you to talk about all things perimenopause, menopause and midlife, nothing is off limits.
You'll receive personalised guidance and recommendations on how to manage your symptoms, the best ways to make simple diet and lifestyle changes and any further advice such as signposting and referrals to resources of benefit to you.
